The Window Has Announced a Temporary 30-day Stabilization

Published on June 24, 2026
The Window has announced a temporary 30-day stabilization period beginning immediately.

After careful review of financial, operational, and facility challenges, The Window is pausing usual operations to stabilize, address immediate needs, and establish a sustainable path forward.

Goshen Meals on Wheels will continue. Other community partners will assist in offering services usually offered by The Window during this period.

Our goal is to return to full operations on Monday, July 27, 2026.

For nearly 60 years, The Window has been a community response to community need. In this moment, we are asking the community to help make that response possible again.

Here’s how you can help:

  • Give financially at www.goshenwindow.org
  • Pray for our neighbors, staff, volunteers, and Board

Churches, businesses, and community groups can contact us about special offerings, volunteer support, supplies, or partnership needs
Volunteers should watch for direct updates about current and future service opportunities.

This is a difficult moment, but we are moving through it with transparency, responsibility, and hope. Thank you for standing with The Window and with our neighbors.

Questions or offers of support may be directed to Director of Development, Josh Varab at [email protected] or (574) 304-6868.
